Upon GE’s acquisition the new leadership team asked me to spearhead brand development for eVent Fabrics, as well as marketing, PR, communications, product placement, trade shows, and 3rd party product branding. eVent entered the global stage as an OEM provider, with clients such as Nike, REI, Keen, and Teva. eVent grew from being an obscure niche brand to a global presence with a strong voice in the international outdoor industry.

IMS pioneered the development of highly efficient and effective optics for LED lighting solutions. Where competitors produced costly optical solutions with an efficacy of 40-60%, IMS developed optics with 80-96% efficacy that could be produced at a fraction of cost. First MR16s were sold in cooperation with Ushio in 2008. A total of 15 patents were awarded to IMS. Procter & Gamble (Duracell) and several other clients licensed IMS optics. In 2009 IMS was successfully sold to Cooper Industries.
