Responsible for the design, development, approval and execution of the investment projects to support the strategic manufacturing footprint for KP Snacks UK reporting to the board.Designed and implemented the integration of ERP, S&OP and Factory MES systems for Intersnack UK & Europe and Intersnack UK & KP Snack merger.Strategic development of the portfolio restructuring post merger KP Snacks across 6 sites.

Responsible for overall site operations consisting of Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Safety and Operating personnel.Brought about cultural change through the vehicle of ERP implementation to establish a single best practice business process across the UK sites that enabled the establishment of a single financial entity.

Responsible for the Projects and Installation division, leading multi-disciplined, multi-site teams of project managers and engineers, responsible for investment scope and customer proposals across the network of contracted and off-contract fuel sites for all retail and distribution companies; from tank, gauging, billing, pumps and pipework through to new site installations.

Responsible for the centre development and growth through engagement with NPD, Marketing and Sales to bring alive and execute Blue-Sky thinking into a reality. Successfully launched new products and categories to fuel growth for brand and business categories.
