After my first full calendar year I achieved master level certification which is top 30% of all service writers in the FCA dealerships. Helping customers with understanding what needs to be fixed and or maintained with their vehicles. I have always been one of the top performers by leading in effective label or rate and hours per RO. While maintaining one the the highest customer service index scores in the company.

I was recruited by the owner of the company to come in and learn the process used in the company, while looking for new and improved ways to help increase sales by assisting consumers in making very important decisions on the right tire to purchase for their needs. During that time I handled the hiring and recruiting of all the employees in those stores and facilitated the new hire training meetings.
