I run the provider marketing team for CHG's family of healthcare staffing brands (Weatherby Healthcare, Global Medical Staffing, RNnetwork, and Locumstory.com).

Did freelance marketing and strategy consulting, and business development for a variety of companies such as CHG Healthcare, Contravent (working with BMC Software and FantasyCon), 1-800-CONTACTS, RBL Group, and TaskEasy. At 1-800-CONTACTS I was involved in a wide variety of marcom activities including social media strategy and promotional planning with its new glasses.com venture. For RBL Group I developed marketing, innovation, customer service, and sales training modules and delivered training sessions in Saudi Arabia for Mobily, a billion dollar telecom company.

Directed all corporate efforts in brand licensing, consumer insights & research, trend analysis, and new product innovation. Licensing responsibilities included managing existing relationships, acquisition of new licenses, contract development and negotiation, and overseeing a licensing agency. Helped grow Licensing into the largest and most profitable segment in the company with over $100M in retail sales. Partnered with Unilever to develop a line of Mrs. Fields co-branded ice cream products for the Breyers and Klondike brands that generated $30M in retail sales in 2012. Guided the annual development of over 30 new products for the TCBY and Mrs. Fields brands including an innovative new line of Greek Frozen Yogurt that was first to market in the quick service restaurant (QSR) category and outsold TCBY’s historical #1 flavor by over 2X. Developed a licensing program for the TCBY brand for frozen novelties and packaged frozen yogurt that secured distribution in Walmart and other top-tier retailers, generating $15M in sales in year one. Staffed, managed, developed, and motivated a talented team of food science and research professionals.Directed the identification, development and execution of consumer, market, and competitive research to drive business decisions and achieve financial goals.

I directed the marketing activities for our CPG division which included leading a packaging restage and product reformulation for our entire retail line in 2008. I also managed our licensing portfolio which included licenses for frozen novelties (Breyers, Klondike), confections, publishing (Barnes & Noble), dry baking mixes, snacks, HBA, and candles among others.

Managed marketing activities for the TCBY brand including strategy and promotional planning, POP development, new product innovation, store design, and new franchisee lead generation. Also assisted in the development, testing, and launch of two new QSR concepts.

Account supervisor for Publicis working out of the Salt Lake City office. Managed advertising campaigns for national and global clients such as Abbott Pharmaceuticals (Humira), UnitedHealthcare, ChemDry, 2002 Winter Olympics, and Iomega.
