• Professor and Chair, Department of Aerospace Studies, Wilkes University. Director of Wilkes University’s Air Force ROTC Detachment. • Leads, mentors, educates and trains leaders of character for tomorrow’s Air Force. • Teaches undergraduate university courses on Leadership and National Security Studies including lessons on Team Building, Listening, Motivation, Problem Solving, Full-Range Leadership and National Security Strategy, the U.S. National Security process, Joint Military Operations, Terrorism, and Global Issues in Security.

• Played pivotal role assisting the Director with his time management and the internal staff’s day-to-day workflow; responded immediately to shifting priorities and deadlines while expertly handling all aspects of the Director’s business demands• Managed the executive support staff of five employees completing all administrative functions to include: maintaining schedule and calendar, personal email, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, information flow, tasking employees and correspondence inside and outside of the organization• Coordinated at all levels with US and foreign military and civilian organizations

• Led a team of five full-time and 34 matrixed employees to centrally manage the administrative workflow processes and system used by the 800+ headquarters staff to include managing all headquarters taskings from creation to completion on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer• Distributed and tasked all incoming correspondence and ensured quality control of all outgoing correspondence as the headquarters single point of entry and disbursement of correspondence• Developed, maintained and conducted training for the staff workflow tools for all incoming personnel

• Led a 20-person team tasked to shape and influence information systems requirements as the direct liaison between the Directors and operations centers in US Cyber Command, the NSA and DISA• Synchronized senior executives and their senior staff’s efforts to ensure unity of effort across all Department of Defense information network efforts

• Managed cost, schedule, performance and supportability of products delivered to the $35M a year acquisition program, the Department of Defense’s logistics system of record • Supervised a 100+ personnel staff of information technology specialist and engineers for the development and fielding of a multi-million-dollar software release

• Directed US participation in 21 NATO International Military Organizations and 20 NATO accredited Centers of Excellence (COE) to include attending annual planning meetings as the US representative• Consulted with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the US Mission to the United Nations, the Department of State, and other US agencies and departments to ensure US participation in multinational organizations is prioritized consistent with US policy and goals • Negotiated US interests and leadership positions in eight emerging COEs consisting of complex bilateral and multi-national negotiations with the host nation and other member nations of the COEs• Organized conference to discuss European challenges and capabilities shortfalls attended by 28 General officers and over 130 attendees: organized venue, security, transportation, lodging, meals and all other attendee requirements

• Led the executive support staff of eight employees completing all administrative functions for the 5,200+ member deployed unit• Managed the commander and vice commander’s schedules, prepared meeting agenda’s and materials, ensured information flow through the five Group Commander’s (VP level) and with the host nation• Planned and organized the weekly visit itineraries for US and foreign dignitaries to include Senators, Members of Congress and other VIPs ensuring all protocols afforded to the dignitaries• Interfaced with senior staff at Headquarters US Air Force, AF Major Commands and coalition units
