I enjoy a challenging environment, working on projects or just firefighting the day to day environment we all find ourselves in. I set myself high standards in everything I do and success and delivery are my driving factors.My passion for IT started at a young age and when I left school IT was all I wanted to do! I earned a 2:1 degree at Staffordshire University in Computer Science which included a ‘sandwich’ year allowing me to gain my first real experience of IT in real life I have diversified from just an ‘IT role’ to fully immersing myself within the business. This has expanded not only my skills and qualifications but also allowed me to take a more business driven view of IT and the supporting systems. I was fortunate enough to run the Marketing/E-Commerce function for 8 years, have managed branch, sales, intermediary functions as well as IT, Customer Services & Underwriting.
