Designed, created, and maintained Attend, an enterprise application monitoring platform, using WCF to collect and analyze data from multiple sources, and then distribute that data and any associated alerts to WPF based clients throughout the company and to the Network Operation Center. Designed and implemented extensive customization of CostGuard, a third party CRM and billing platform, using C#, and InfoScript (CostGuard's scripting language) to enhance the user interface and provide real-time provisioning to long distance carriers. Designed and created, as part of the company's R&D group, webManager, an ASP.net 2.0 based application that allowed external customers to interact with their inContact user profiles. Architected and implemented a centralized application security system using C# and SQL Server that allowed administrators to use user profiles and policies to determine application access. Built-in LDAP queries removed the need for users to be set up manually outside of Active Directory by administrators. Developed, created, and maintained a call center application using VB 6.0 that allowed users to manage customer information and settings. This included pop-up scripts that could be read to the customer using decision branching. Used the Agile methodology and the Scrum development process to manage projects efficiently.
