For over 25 years Rob has helped to design, build and manage large enterprise information initiatives while at the same time rebuilding entire PMO and global IT organizations. Rob is a leading expert in streamlined Solution Delivery Frameworks (i.e. end to end process improvement, on-time on-budget delivery) and project management metric dash-boarding and 'flex team role & responsibility' leadership.
