My day to day activities involve two roles:Project Management: Lead two vehicle programs for software development. Integrate infotainment software team’s software components into vehicle software packages delivered to suppliers. Participate in regular audits for software quality, processes, change management and code packages. Communicate with and release code to internal and external testing teams in multiple countries. Develop software release schedules in coordination with testing/integration teams. Experience leading a project from infancy through production. Define tasks and objectives with given priorities. Identify project risks to meet established milestones. Track and resolve open issues in coordination with supplier through regular meetings using tracking tools. Estimate/document man-hours for each software implementation and project task. DFSS SBT Green Belt Certification Software Development: Develop AUTOSAR compliant embedded software components of 15+ features for automotive instrumentation clusters. Combine state machine logic with custom C/C++ code using tools IBM Rational Statemate, Matlab Simulink / Stateflow and Visual Studio. All software implementations are 100% unit tested, have completed SBT’s(System Based Testing) and are integration tested. Perform peer reviews for colleague’s system requirements, software designs, unit tests and bug fixes. Integrate all software requirements into designs with clear 100% traceability. Review vehicle CAN logs for verification, perform in-vehicle testing, simulation testing and on-target testing. Proved out concept and created current production level unit testing process for Stellantis next-gen software model structure. Create detailed design documents with system requirements for each software feature. Experience working on PHEV features and vehicles. Involved in entire life-cycle of projects. Optimize legacy code implementations and existing processes.

Worked for a global Tier 1 supplier of automotive instrumentation clusters. Specifically for GM B3 project including Buick, Opel and Chevy. Used Elektrobit EB Guide and Adobe Illustrator to combine graphics and state machine logic into a working user interface. Involved in entire life-cycle of a project including design, programming, simulation testing and on target testing. Participated and contributed to SEPG team. Used CAN/LIN communication, MOST Network, Renesas Microcontrollers, Green Hills Integrity
