Senior Management position assisting the General Manager to manage the operation of all the Club's activities and help to ensure the delivery of high standards of service to members, guests and visitors. Responsibility for financial administration and overseeing day to day hospitality, golf and general administration operations of the Club.

Responsible for assisting General Manager with planning and implementation of MiClub Premium (Infogenesis POS, Member Management and Golf Management) package and MYOB financial packages throughout all departments of the Club and various other administration management duties.

• Responsible for conducting a detailed review of key processes within the IT Division and delivering recommendations for both short term and medium/long term reforms to improve speed and consistency of these.
• Quickly gained strong understanding of unfamiliar operations environment and built productive relationships with key senior management personnel and process subject matter experts.
• Delivery of extensive review and recommendations documentation (which was endorsed by senior management) within tight timeframe.

• Responsible for driving business performance and improving the overall competitive position of a specific business segment through execution of best practice systems, processes and continuous improvement.Achievements
• Leadership of a key business segment project which delivered forecast revenue benefits of $2M in year 1 and is on track to deliver $14.8M over the next 3-4 years. Project was delivered on time and on budget through.
