Rob has an extensive international background, having lived and worked in the UK, US, and Hong Kong, before settling in Australia where he has been for the last eight years. With 15 years of experience in Cloud, Software and Cyber Security, Rob has made significant contributions to the industry. Notably, he was instrumental in building Okta across the APJ region, successfully running and building teams in Sydney, Singapore, Korea, and Japan before scaling Privy to open their first international office in Sydney and acquiring their inaugural customers outside of Indonesia. With a core focus on GTM and storytelling, Rob's passion is most ignited by technology and its impact on our everyday lives. Outside of his professional achievements, Rob is a dedicated family man. He and his wife Sophie have recently welcomed their first child, Poppy Hotchin. Additionally, Rob coaches Rugby union and is a sports enthusiast, actively participating in all sports that his body still allows him to play.
