For over a decade I’ve successfully led major digital transformation programs for some the largest distributors and manufacturers across multiple industries as both a commercial executive and senior consultant. I’m a builder at heart, passionate about growing high performance, cross-functional teams designing experiences, engineering processes and applying technology for companies, customers and partners to interact more seamlessly and profitably. Most recently, I was responsible for digital commerce as a member of the executive leadership team at Foundation Building Materials, a leading construction products distributor and private equity portfolio company serving over 30k residential and commercial contractors from its network of 275 branches across the US and Canada. Previously at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits I led the design, launch, and operation of Proof Commerce, the industry-leading multi-billion dollar digital platform serving more than 150k licensed beverage alcohol retailers across 30 states. Prior to SGWS I was Sr. Director of Strategy at SapientRazorfish, a top global digital transformation agency, advising B2B and B2C clients seeking to defend, differentiate, or disrupt their industries through best-in-class customer engagement and omnichannel commerce experiences.I began my career in The Boeing Company's BCFP leadership development program spanning six cross-functional rotations across multiple programs and sites. After completing an MBA at Yale, I transitioned to product line management and led eCommerce for multi-billion dollar Boeing subsidiary, Aviall (now Boeing Distribution Services), the world's largest distributor of aerospace parts and related aftermarket services.Those who know me well would describe me as an inspirational and adaptable leader, an ethical and empathetic teammate, a left- and right-brain thinker, and a determined change agent.
