As the Director of Special Projects, I became a specialist in finding opportunities and a generalist in applying these innovations across the company. I worked with the Board of Directors to identify the most critical areas of need and then designed and implemented solutions to address them.I became immersed in each department to learn what issues they.

The position of Marketing Coordinator introduced me to the power of marketing strategies and launched my passion in the field. What initiated my interest was the opportunity to oversee rebranding efforts for whole company. This included designing multiple unifying logos for each division, building a new website homepage portal that linked to individual.

Because I raced cars professionally for 3 years, the logical career was to become the Track Manager and Chief Race Instructor. This job gave me my first insights into managing a business and the importance of marketing to its success. I operated the racing school, organized corporate events, and managed a staff that could run national karting events with.
