CurrentResponsible for strategic planning, execution, ongoing optimisation and end-to-end reporting of SEO related activity on a global scale. The role revolves around providing strategic direction and operational guidance to a team of Account Managers, SEO Strategists and SEO Specialists tasked with servicing and troubleshooting all organic search projects from in-market and central stakeholders to drive the delivery of Strategic Initiatives and associated commercial targets.A key aspect of this is proactively driving the agenda around best practice in SEO, working cross-functionally to connect related projects and enhancing channel performance and traffic quality through the application of continuous improvement principles. As well as owning relationships with all global and local SEO agencies to monitor and ensure consistent high-quality service in line with contracted SLAs and targets.Ultimately targeted on organic revenue growth and ROI (including full budget management) as well as enabling and growing and supporting a best-in-class global and distributed SEO team.
