Managed the delivery and operational support of all Tournament Technology across all Match Venue, Hotel and supporting operational centre such s the MOC

Managed the  bump  in  of  the  IBC,  ensuring  the  set-up  was fit for  purpose  and any  concerns  and  issues  were  managed  within  the  current  scope  and  budget  or escalated  to  the  Technology  team.Operated  as  a  Venue  Technology  Manager  at  the  IBC. Acted as the main  liaison  between  IGBS  and  JR2019,  representing  JR2019's  views  as instructed  by  the  Technology  team.

Following the success of the Commonwealth Games, I am currently engaged in a consulting and mentoring role, providing guidance and advice with regard to Technology procurement, development, integration, and planning. A high-profile government-to-government initiative between the Peruvian government and the UK Department for International Trade (DIT), to help Lima deliver the Pan American Games in 2019.I have played a key role in the development of technology and services, coordinating the development of testing and readiness strategies, and managing projects including the establishment of a master milestone roadmap. While in the role, I have provided technical expertise in terms of architecture and the design of a range of critical systems. I have also worked to define and validate service levels, deliverables and dependencies for technology and related stakeholders.

In preparation for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, I was appointed to develop and manage the event’s rate card program, allowing broadcasters, international press, sponsors and each of the 70 Commonwealth Games Associations to purchase or lease equipment.I successfully managed a portfolio of products, including electrical appliances, communications equipment, fleet and other vehicles, and internet access infrastructure. I coordinated the delivery of equipment ahead of the Games and all support functions during the Games. My work included the development and maintenance of relationships with a broad panel of suppliers and sponsors. While in the role, I designed and delivered online catalogues and an e-commerce portal to ensure the effective processing of equipment requests and leasing.

For the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics, I successfully managed broadcast services for the Games Tennis Centre, leading a small, dynamic team responsible for service delivery. I managed broadcast production processes and balanced the competing interests of multiple stakeholders.

Returning to NSW, I led the management of logistics to support New Year’s Eve and Australia Day events on Clark Island, Shark Island and Goat Island on Sydney Harbour. During events, I led a dynamic team of staff and contractors responsible for logistics operations.

I joined the BAKU 2015 1st European Games in a technical rehearsal project management role, coordinating the development and conducting of rehearsals to ensure operational readiness. I led the design of approximately 1200 scenarios across 16 venue management teams.I was later promoted to a consulting and mentoring role, deploying to venues with acute and immediate issues, and working closely with venue management teams to resolve outstanding issues prior to event delivery phases.

I successfully managed the delivery of technology associated with the AFC Asian Cup, deploying technology in compliance with a limited budget. I managed challenging schedules and high client expectations, establishing strategic plans that utilised existing venue technology.During the event, I achieved 100% technology availability at Stadium Australia.

In Melbourne, I contributed to the delivery of a ‘world-class ideas, technology and business experience’ designed to showcase new ways of doing business with a focus on innovation and new technology. I successfully managed construction for the exhibition’s Connecting Our World stand, and coordinated operations on an ongoing basis.

Deploying to Glasgow for the 2014 Commonwealth Games, I was trusted with responsibility for the delivery of all venue technology infrastructure, including timing, communications and network technology, AV equipment, broadcast services and support services.During my time in the role, I managed the procurement of additional products and services for a variety of venues, including new technology infrastructure valued at more than £5.2 million. I subsequently coordinated the rollout of significant event overlay, including additional event spaces and the conversion of existing event spaces, adding or upgrading technology to meet stakeholder needs.During the Games, I functioned as Deputy Director of the Technology Operations Centre, and as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team and Venue Integration Review Panel.
