I have worked in the hospitality industry for a period of 5 years now.I began as a kitchen steward doin the cleaning of the kitchen, then after one year in the same company ,i was promoted as a team leader in the stewarding .Stewarding department impacted me alot of skills including proper procedures for cleaning ,use of kitchen equipments ,training new staff and olso helping the chefs,hence moving to a kitchen helper duties.
