Pleased to announce that I have been accepted to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Community Advisory Council. The Community Advisory Council (CAC) is made up of experts and leaders who reflect the diversity of the Fourth District and represent issues of concern to underserved and lower-income individuals and communities. These experts and leaders are focused on topics such as financial health, housing, small business, workforce development, and community development investments.The CAC helps to inform the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s Community Development staff, senior leadership, and president about current and emerging economic and social issues and trends impacting underserved and lower-income individuals and communities in the Fourth District. The Chief Lending Officer (CLO) oversees lending and related activities. This includes building relationships with developers, nonprofits, business owners, and financial partners to further the mission of CDF. Cincinnati Development Fund (CDF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit lending institution that fills a gap not covered by traditional lenders. We provide funding for real estate development in under-served markets in the Greater Cincinnati area. We also offer facilities and equipment funding for nonprofit organizations in our region.

As the Director of Economic Development and Community Outreach, I manage the bank's policy and obligation related to community development in all of the markets we serve. First Financial Bank is a strong community bank providing services and programs to meet the needs of the community in our markets of Cincinnati, Dayton-Middletown, Northern Ohio, North Central, South Central and Northwest Indiana, Indianapolis and Northern Kentucky.

Community Consultant is responsible for delivery of PNC's Community Development products and services to existing and prospective customers. Also, I am accountable for identifying lending and investment opportunties and follow through on the actual deals.

Trained and engaged mortgage loan officers to assist in affordable lending. Managed and developed programs for emerging markets. Worked with realtors and local government enities to increase awareness of programs and services available to assist low income borrowers in home purchase.

Managed sales process and loan officer production in Cincinnati and N KY market.

Originated affordable loan programs. Faciliated home buyer education classes.
