Head Of Galileo Services Operators
Current- Managing the Company SATNAV Services Projects Porolio (e.g., GSOp, Galileo WP2X), including thedevelopment of new business solutions related to the main services.- Ensuring the correct services performance in terms of expected key performance indicators values(KPI) and fulfilled service level agreements (SLA)-Ensuring the correct implementation of new assets in the frame of existing services contracts, including the security accreditation processes in close collaboration with the Company Industrial Security manager.- Ensuring revenues, profitability and full resources management interacting with all the company OUs.- Supporting the Administration, Finance and Control Dept. and, more specifically, collaborating with Industrial Planning & Project control in the analysis and update of services plannings, providing the main economic and financial updated information. - Support the preparation and monitoring of the budget related with the SATNAV services and associated updates (revision, forecasts, pre-closure). - Manage any main problem/deviation related with the allocation for resources and budget within the different services and identifying ad-hoc solutions. - Manage the implementation of management directives associated with programmatic and financial aspects of the services (e.g., invoicing, cash flow, margins), identifying ad-hoc solutions where a direct customer reporting is envisaged. - Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales Dept. to support the decision of participating to tenders based on technical resources and skills availability.- Support the preparation of offers (or contributing to other partners offers) by managing technical analyses, cost quotations and solution descriptions. - Manage Project Changes.- Provide a management interface with services customers and internal stakeholders. - Manage project documentation and deliverables, providing support to the Quality and Risk Management.
