Review such comparison and make recommendation to the Technical & Commercial Director for final selection.Liaison and coordination with Quality Assurance Department on all quality related matters.Follow-up market financial changes and trends in terms of prices and sources.Preparation of Sub-contract / supplier agreement upon gaining the approval of Client / Consultant, and ensure liaison with Finance and Admin. Manager to determine terms of payments.Other responsibilities as delegated by Technical & Commercial Director.
