These homes ranged in size from 2000 SF to 20,000 SF and were priced from $250K to $4M.I worked with Residential Builders to develop innovative home designs to compete in the Atlanta Speculative Market. Many of these homes won Gold and Silver Awards for design in the annual home show awards.My work with Developers allowed me to design complete subdivisions including the street scape, entrance monument, clubhouse, and home designs to meet the demographics of the target market. Success was always measured by how quickly we were able to develop and sell out a property.Designing for Individuals afforded me the opportunity to work with an affluent client base to design their custom dream home on golf courses, mountain communities, and coastal beaches across the Southeast.
