I am a highly motivated and progressive strength and conditioning coach with a huge passion for developing high performing individuals and teams. With a Biokinetics background I have a strong clinical foundation to my practice as a strength and conditioning coach while priding myself on the ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with players and staff, allowing for a transparent and collaborative working environment. My coaching journey to date has allowed me to work across multiple sporting codes, in different cultures and at several major multi-sport events such as the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games and World Cups. I value the level of diversification in my experience and am confident in being able to apply my knowledge in a wide range of sports. Currently working in elite field hockey with Germany and Mannheim hockey club as the head of strength and conditioning for the men’s teams.
