Robin is a strategic liaisons with clients – whether boards and committees of our professional associations, or chairs and organizing committees for our professional development events.Willow’s Directors have the knowledge and experience in addressing essential requirements for associations such as governance structures, operational budgets, membership campaigns, marketing and communication plans, annual general meetings, recognition programs, and professional development initiatives.Directors also have the expertise to plan and deliver flawless professional development events including hands-on training, academic symposia, conferences, workshops, and tradeshows. They undertake the development and monitoring of critical paths and budgets; research and contracting with external suppliers; assisting in the development of the program and management of presenters; determining registration fees/policies; handling the marketing and communication plans; managing the tradeshow (from gathering prospects to closing the sale) and ensuring all on-site and/or virtual requirements and post-event activities are fulfilled.Robin currently manages the the Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC), Sustainable Labs Canada (SLCan), Canadian Evaluation Society National Capital Chapter (CES-NCC), and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Ottawa Chapter, as well as the Canadian Medical and Biological Society (CMBES) annual Conference. She previously managed the Canadian Society for Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Canadian-Independent Group of Funeral Homes, Canadian Energy Efficiency Alliance and the Real Property Institute of Canada.
