I provide health education and promotion to individuals, groups and businesses. I received my most recent training from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. I have a Master's Degree in Health Promotion. I am CHES (Certified Health Educational Specialist) Certified. Also, I am a Certified as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Also, I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Towson State University. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to wellness plan” that suits your family, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. With my training, I learned not only about nutrition, but also emotional wellness. I will guide you in making changes that are key to your families long term health and happiness. I specialize in two areas including autoimmune disorders as MS and Lupus and assisting families with children with challenges as ADHD.Much of my "hands on" background comes from having an adoption web site for many years. I am an mom of several children including one child adopted from Russia. I have connected with many families who have children with both medical and emotional challenges. I have mentored numerous families. I have both attended and participated in various conferences as well as conducted webinars, teleconferences, etc. with many experts.I am very familiar with various forms of therapy from sensory integration, social skills ABA, attachment, sleep issues, vision, adhd focus issues, occupational therapy, speech and language as well as educational plans.I am also very familiar with various supplements that are available. I have received numerous trainings in positive psychology, meditation and other stress reducing activities.
