About Robin Bartok

I started my career in an entrepreneurial type position as the Recycling Coordinator when I lived in Delran, NJ. I was highly successful and my program became a model for other small towns to adopt. Life called. I raised three wonderful girls and volunteered my time in the local school system, participating in and chairing several school Parent-Teacher Organizations. Additionally, I ran several parent organizations that included being a parent liaison for some well-known travel clubs, where communication was the key to my success before being recruited to work full-time as an administrative assistant. I worked in a middle school doing primarily grades and scheduling until being recruited to work for the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. While working for the Chairman and now the District Supervisor, I specialize in transportation, land use and conservation/environmentalIssues. I have a background in non-profits, small and large high profile businesses that are mission driven organizations. I excel in building strong client relationships, gracefully managing long-term projects and carefully balancing multiple high-level priorities. I possess an entrepreneurial spirit, creating positive impact and offering unique perspectives. Community outreach and communication has been an important daily part of my responsibilities in the 18 years, and six Boards that I have worked with. My strongest asset is my ability to think out of the box, problem solving and bringing multiple parties involved in a project into a positive place of communication that leads to proficiency and success. In the last 7 years my main focus has been on land conservation. I successfully created a grant to help land owners with the cost of putting their land into conservation easement. Protecting prime soils and preservation of farmland continues to be an ultimate goal and being an advocate for the farming community.
