About Robin Beckerman

I'm a well rounded personal trainer with over 30 years experience in the field. I train clients in many disciplines from traditional cardio, strength and flexibility exercises to specific venues such as cycling training, marathon training, yoga instruction and self defense. I'm currently a cycling guide in Europe during the summer month's, been teaching yoga for over 20 years and have an extensive background in self defense. My desire is to share my experience in physical training with others and in the process show them how to fully enjoy life.
