A great part time job, working for a wonderful Harley Davidson dealership, in beautiful downtown Lake Geneva. This position gives me the opportunity to share my passion for Harley Davidson and riding with guests from around the world who share the same excitement for the open road.

Owner & Manager: Directed all aspects of a catering operation. Collaborated with clients to create menus to meet clients’ goals and budgetary boundaries. Managed event production from staffing to equipment needs and logistics.Key Accomplishments: Catered and managed a high-profile fundraiser “Under the Stars” benefiting Family Service of Glencoe (IL) Clients included Mike Ditka, Medline, and The Law Offices of Robert Goshgarian Restaurant clients including Bob Chinn’s Crab House, Players’ Grill, The Red Geranium, and the Shrimp Walk. Performed all culinary duties, knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and creative presentation.
