Responsible for providing support for agency producers: For new business prospects, prepares and submits applications to Insurance Markets, monitors submissions until proposals are received and creates a sales proposal for the producer. For existing accounts, manages renewal processing and major account endorsement processing.  Results-oriented and solution-focused individual.Enters account data into AFW or the Applied Agency Management System.Prepare and Review submission for accuracy and completeness Selects appropriate Insurance Markets and completes supplemental application(s) and supporting documentationSubmits accounts to the markets and monitors progress in an organized wayRenewal processingReceives requests for renewal information from underwriters and prepares response by contacting clients and reviewing account files for necessary information.Works from the expiration list to review accounts prior to the policy expiration date to identify accounts to be marketed.Request loss runs for accountsPrepares renewal submissionSubmits to markets and/or quote with In-house CarriersMonitors the renewal in an organized wayPrepares Insurance Summary for the accountSends a polite email to all of the markets to advise of results and thanking them for their efforts.  Completes renewal processing in AFW/Applied and updates AFW when renewal is received  Issue Certificates of Insurance and Process endorsementsCertificates are entered in the system and issued and sent out immediately upon receipt of the requestProcess endorsementsEnters account changes in Agency systemProcess change request on-line or submits to carrier for processingMonitors for completionRelated DutiesAssist with answering phone calls, and other routine tasks associated with the day to day agency management activities.
