I have 26 years experience in road construction as a Traffic Control Supervisor, flagger, pilot car operator. I am currently certified as a Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) and flagger. I keep track of employees hours. duties and responsibilities. Schedul maintenance and trained a work team for multiple job sites. Data entry for my rmployer and the state on a daily basis required for paynotes for employer and payroll for employees. Can read Traffic Control plans. I can read install and maintain the Storm Water Prevention Plan (SWPP) along with placement of Silt or waddle installation for construction sites. Also worked with Geo Grid and Geo fabric laying for road building. Learned to operate a skid steer, front end loader, road compactor/roller, HM300 (Yuk Dump) truck. I have also done Casework for my Tribes Social Services facilitating under the Healthy Marriage Responsible Fatherhood Grant with the Nez Perce Tribe.
