Project Coordinator / Help Desk Technician

Provides onsite administrative support and coordination during all phases of a project life cycle. May be in a "client-facing" or client support role. Under the direction of the program/project managers or the client, helps move projects towards completion by performing project and office administration tasks, which typically include arranging calendar, scheduling meetings, production and distribution of collateral, file management, data collection, report creation, proofreading, research, developing and maintaining project deliverables, and team collaboration. Arranges logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other project-related events. Organizes project committee meetings and prepares the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas, and other meeting collateral. Receives, screens, logs, and routes correspondence, attaches necessary background information and maintains follow-up system for action and deadlines. Transcribes and records key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.Coordinate and schedule field techs for installations at customer sitesProvide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems.Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system.Track issues to resolution updating the internal knowledge base and/or work with appropriate Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams to provide resolutions.Provide immediate assistance and follow-up of help desk issues for internal and external clients.Daily interaction with team members and a variety of outside clients regarding IT support issues.Work closely with the Engineering Team, EMNS Team, Project Managers, Customer Service, and Military personnel to ensure consistent quality of service.Respond to technical issues as they arise.Document prep and finalization for submission to Air Force PMO
