Change is hard, especially at scale in growing organizations. One of my strengths is helping organizations mature and improve technology along with data governance and processes. Using the principles of non-invasive change can make new ways of utilizing and executing technology an easier pill to swallow. Any organizational change has to consider the people, culture and work at hand - and by integrating rather than forcing change, it can be sustainable. My latest interests are in rapidly scaling environments and in turn companies, through improved enterprise technology. A companies technical maturity can be deployed organically focusing on productivity through organized change management, project management, and aligned with finance, risk management and other areas to quantify and realize gains. I think there is enormous potential for return on investment simply by implementing fundamental principles and quantifying value and progress as you go. I am a big believer in transparency and data driven decision making. Enterprise planning and maturity through scale are crucial to both of these objectives.Other areas that I focus on are managing large-scale technology implementations, such as shared services models, ERP and UCAS systems, asset lifecycle management, analytics, and cost optimization. Monitoring emerging situations and technology infrastructure under a common operating picture, risk assessment and analysis, and Open Data programs are also areas where I have been successful. I have enjoyed working on the emergency management side of technology as well as with endpoint operational technology (OT). My experience has provided me with a wide breath of knowledge on many aspects of Data/Hardware/Software/Network/Cloud/Support and how they interact in an IT ecosystem.
