Lead Tech Solutions Analyst
Current• Provide daily operational support of the Cerner Pharmacy/Medication Administration application which includes monitoring jobs, processes, and queues.• File maintenance for routing, adding/removing nurse station locations, and user access.• Perform testing of software upgrades and end-to-end testing prior to implementation into the production environment. • Conduct database conversions from the proprietary Cache database to SQL server to archive data for medical-legal/regulatory reference purposes.• Assist team members and end users to meet departmental requirements and goals• Partner with Pharmacy support to resolve problem tickets, on-call issues, and to identify and correct system bugs.• Create reports and datasets based upon client specifications from the Cerner Pharmacy/Medication Administration database.• Provide on-site support and implementation assistance for Cerner Clinical applications.
