Oversee the process of Software Licensing as the Software License Administrator / Team Lead, beginning with the initial request, following it through the required approval process, then ordering the license and finally the delivering of the license to the user and all future tracking of it. I work closely with the management team, the IBM procurement team, sourcing specialists and legal teams if there are issues with the buying of a license and / or if license agreements need to be reviewed. Our process also helps to ensure that all licenses purchased are used with in the legal perimeters of their license agreements. All facets of clerical and administrative duties, calendaring, meeting scheduling, Microsoft Office / Lotus Notes, and customer service.

Interaction with IBM employees directly regarding the request of software through the purchase process and then the tracking of it.

Assisting our Software License Administrator in the process of providing the needed software licenses to our IBM team clients to effectively do their jobs. Provide customer service to our IBM clients regarding their needed licenses or the ones which they already have. Maintaining our software license inventory and reuse database to ensure that all licenses which are purchased can be tracked and also be reused when possible.
