Import Planning Analyst
Responsible for Coordinating Supply Chain activities for Singapore SCM Hub by ensuring material movement from 14 Vendors including external Vendors. Support Global Customer Support teams to meet Customer deadlines. Monitor and control all aspects of the purchase order backlog, i.e., overdue, reschedules, unscheduled, substitutions/ replacements, returns. Weekly review on critical shipments & perform route change for MPD failed lines. Ensure to achieve success rate of 95% in MPD & 93% in CRD. Support Drop shipment, Line Down & other Critical requests on priority basis & complete within the defined TAT. To support the allocation process in cooperation with CSR Team & Supplying Factories. Identify MLQ/DU discrepancies at SCH level & work with Product Managers in order to align it with Global MLQ/DU. Review Lead Time Changes at the plants on weekly basis & will inform the reason for changes to Customers. Perform End to end activities involved in Source Change process between Vendors as per the PCN requests. Develop robust and structural work instruction or SOP for all responsibilities assigned. Interact with external vendor for order confirmations & Forwarder arrangements. Support continuous improvement processes and automation projects. Also expertise in SAP MM/PP modules, Power BI, Salesforce, Automation Software's, VBA, SAP Gui Scripting
