Able to work in fast pace environment with tight deadlines. Use Alma ActCut program to nest .dxf for both laser CNC on both Trumpf and Amada Combo machines. Able to set up for laser and punch programs with automatic part removal on Amada.Has a certificate for Dr Abe program provided by Amada. Able to process Purchase orders provided by customer into our system, confirming price and entering quantity. Retrieving repeated orders, checking customer’s revisions, as well as creating new parts into system.Fast learner, can learn to use computer aided programs with ease to enter in customer products and parts.All around team player, will to step in and learn all positions available. Works well with others, making sure to consider all input and advice given. Willing to learn all systems big or small. Able to update phone recordings, update website, manage shipping and receiving of parcels and packages. Has good communication skills with customer and clients. Always attentive to customer’s demands. Able to go above and beyond for client’s request. Can learn external clients programs in order to meet customer demands. Including but not limited to the use of Advance Shipping Notice programs. Manage Kanban systems for customers that carry stock. Organize and update customers stock, making sure stock is always up to date and available. Managing the withdrawal of parts, revisions are up to date and parts are shipped out by required dates.
