Lead the department and ensure outstanding service provided to newly onboarded customers & existing customer base. Key Responsibilities:> Supervising day-to-day operations including the successful onboarding of new customers.> Creating and managing effective procedures, policies, and standards.> Hiring & training new agents.> Ensuring customer service cases are handled in a timely manner.> Complaint management & investigation.

Oversee all installations & site visits at Satellite Internet. Managing multiple groups of subcontractors ensuring jobs are completed inside the agreed timeframe to a satisfactory standard.

Onboarding new customers & Providing first-line admin support to the existing customer base.

2 - 5 shifts per week, after school/weekends. Waiter & Barman, serving regular members & guests for special functions. Occasional Kitchen assistance.
