Senior Financial Analyst
CurrentAccumulate and perform analysis of information to corporate including information provided to corporate reimbursement for external reporting purposesDevelop and communicate the budget process to the management team. Work with management team to project revenue, salary and operating expense budgets, analyze budget variances, and prepare additional reports as necessarySupport productivity reporting system, including target setting and variance analysis Prepare monthly database and reports related to Maryland Hospital Acquired ConditionsInvestigate and resolve issues using the PeopleSoft System relating to Income Performance Analysis, Labor Distribution Report and Accounts Payable DistributionParticipate in the performance review of staff in the preparation of monthly journal entries. Identify and prepare journal entries as required. Review preliminary financial statements for accuracy and completenessPrepare and analyze monthly operating variance reports and cost and feasibility studiesPrepare Profit & Loss Statements for a variety of hospital programsOther duties as assigned to support all aspects of hospital financial performance
