I started with this compnay as a new subcontractor specialiing on Drywall and Acoustical Work. I impletmented the Accounting Software, A-Systems Job View, set up all files, accounts payable file, accounts receiable files, personel files and subcontractor files. I ordered all suppllies and equipment for the company. I answered all phone calls, took messages or directed the caller to the correct person. I opened all incoming mail and distributed. I input all invoices. I processed time cards using a time clock system. Processed payroll, payroll deductions, including all taxes, garnishments or child suports. I ran the payroll checks once a week. I process all Workers Compensation Claims. Implement a Health Insurance Plan for the staff and employee's. implemented a 401(k) plan for the staff and employee's. Organized Files. Helped in the Billing and receiving process. I was involved in all Human Resource issues. Applications, Hires and making sure all ducumentation was complete and correct.

I started with this company when the manager purchased it from another company. I was invled in all start up procedures and handled all payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivalbe. Virtuly the same as Nai Commercial Interiors, LLC.
