I'm an experienced Technical Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the New Build Residential Development sector.I started my career in consultancy whilst studying Civil Engineering before moving over to the world of residential development where I spent several years working for Mclean Homes, Taylor Woodrow, and George Wimpey. Following redundancy due to the merger and subsequent creation of Taylor Wimpey I spent some time with Higgins Construction prior to joining the Coinford Group initially for Redeham Homes and then transferring to the Coinford Design and Build arm of the business on a rolling temporary contract, subsequently seeking permanently employment I joined SDC Construction Group working on an educational redevelopment project in Northampton before returning to residential development with Kier Living Limited which after a number of rebrands became the newly formed Tilia Homes. Having seen the business through the transition of new ownership I joined the Vistry Group until office closure where I then had an opportunity to join the Taylor Wimpey Strategic Land team where I continue my career.I am a committed and commercially aware individual, being highly flexible in respect to job role and having been involved in construction and development in one form or another since leaving school having now attained more than 30 years of experience within the industry.
