1. To be responsible for DiGi Account,Malaysia mainly in Core Network, VAS, Transport and OSS2. Build good relationship with decision makers for new business opportunities, closing project issue, and etc.3. Involvement in Tender as bidding manager to ensure the completeness of tender submission as well as account manager during commercial and contract negotation.4. Working closely with internal horizontal departments(project, operation,M&S, , commercial, contract) in delivering the equipments and services based on contract.5. Involvement in integration negotiations of 3rd party vendors in customer network, especially in the scope of work and commercial.

Responsible for the NERA Microwave radio transmission account that included sales process from initial point of contact (lead generation), presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations, project management, implementation and invoicing.Working closely with the project team and utilize the customer relationship to ensure that the project implementation schedules are met for DiGi.Fully responsible for the material purchasing that included material price negotiation, time management and material planning to ensure the material availability for project roll-out.Coordinate with product support to solve product related problem, ensure test equipment and tools inventory and ensure that they are in good working condition.Built relationship with local and oversea suppliers to ensure the materials are able deliver in short period and the best price in the market. Monitor the market movement on technical aspect as well the opportunity to penetrate into new market in malaysia such as maxis, umobile, P1 WiMAX and YTL Communication.Apart from Telco customer account, i have involved in oil and gas industry's tender and government tender for providing the transmission network that included the sales process from tender negotiation, presentation, proposal preparation, network planning, and implementing.

Part of Telenor Business Unit and supported the local account, DiGi in preparing quotation, perform statement of compliance clarification, and network dimensioning for DiGi 3G PS Core.
