Have a passion for new projects, developing suppliers and coaching people to deliver sustainable excellence.My experience spans across a wide spread of countries and cultures from Far-East to West.Currently working as Vice President India Purchasing for Volvo Group Trucks Purchasing, Group Purchasing representative for India & member of the Country Management Team of Volvo Group India.Prior to this I was on an expat contract in Thailand, as Head of Supplier Quality & Development for Volvo Group Trucks Purchasing-APAC (Japan, China, Australia, Thailand, India) I have a successful track record of building Purchasing teams in India and Thailand, delivering complex projects in multi-national/multi-cultural environments, sustainably growing exports from Indian Suppliers & solving complex Field complaints.
