My responsibilities cover Bottling, Warehousing, Distribution, Customer Services, Planning, S&OP, Quality, Health and Safety, Risk Management and their Lean thinking initiative (ACE -Achieving Continuous Excellence). I am a member of the exec team and within this unique environment get the chance to be involved in all areas of the business from Viticulture to the end consumer due to my national role and broad remit.
