Responsible for performing a variety of collateral loan functions to meet our custodian and agency guidelines. Functions include: data entry;mail processing; reconciling documentation; monitoring various equipment; general filing and light to moderate lifting. Analytical review of collateral documents. Performs high volume, time sensitive tasks requiring intermediate research and problem solving skills. Receiving and reviewing incoming work; contracting appropriate resources as needed; entering transactions into AS400/LPS, verifying accuracy; resolving complex customer issues using multiple resources and records; preparing, editing, distributing , and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents.

Responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, offering assistance inquiring on billing, cable repairs. Trouble shooting, setting up service calls and providing new promotional services offered, by explaining all features and benefits.

Responsible for answering incoming calls from providers regarding health insurance benefits and claims. Retrieving of correct information for customer’s eligibility for health providers. Review of health benefits and make adjustments as needed
