A highly accomplished Senior Operational Manager with extensive international and New Zealand experience in successfully transforming businesses that operate in a complex, high risk, customer focused, outcome critical environment. My current accountability is to lead 209 operational professionals over Airport Operations that covers terminal and airfield based functions, airside ground transportation, our security and aerodrome emergency services along with the airfield safety officers to maintain safe construction worksites. Together we ensure New Zealand's borders are opened in a safe and efficient manner, our customer airlines aircraft are received and parked safely on our apron and the airport system works optimally across both our terminals and airfield whether from an operational or emergency response.
