I have practiced in all aspects of litigation during the past 32 years. I have represented clients in complex litigation matters, including class actions, and litigate in state and federal courts, in FINRA and AAA arbitration, and before state regulatory and administrative agencies. I have experience in various areas of the law including corporate, commercial and business litigation, securities, insurance, professional liability, cemetery and funeral, probate and real estate. I have extensive experience in employment law, including litigating employment disputes made under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, sexual harassment, whistleblower claims and claims asserted under the Americans With Disabilities Act.
