Dispatched drivers in Edmonton, Drayton Valley, and surrounding area. Made manifest for the drivers daily and organizing the bill of lading. Ordering of office supplies. Dispatching and coordinating the two major depots in Edmonton for pick ups and deliveries with in the city of Edmonton. accounts payables and invoicing for Drayton Valley office, occasionally taking on the Edson office invoicing and dispatch when the office staff there was on holiday. Greeted clients when picking up at local depot and loaded their products. A majority of the freight that came thru was oilfield related loading and unloading required me to be adept with using pallet jacks, manual and power jacks and the 2 forklifts.
