As the Interim Assistant Director of Florida’s statewide literacy initiative, I am dedicated to improving literacy outcomes for students across the state. By strategically planning and executing operational management, I drive our mission to distribute books annually to VPK-5th grade students who are not yet reading on grade level. This initiative not only fosters a love for reading but also supports literacy development at home.Strategic Planning and Operations:- I lead the program's strategic direction of the operations team ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategy.
