Heavily engaged in day to do operational management - supporting the team to deliver against KPIs and our business objectivesHighlights from my role include:• Bid for and won a transformational contract with Somerset County Council to deliver a health screening programme, Secured a 2-year contract extension after successful delivery.• Renegotiated loss making contracts, rationalised back office head count and directed systems migration to the cloud to substantially reduce the cost of running the business• Boosted corporate revenues by a factor of 20X over 2 years by re-engineering the strategy, acquiring 2 other health enterprises and achieving CQC registration to enable delivery of higher value services• Revamped the consumer product offering and implemented a direct e-Commerce channel which trebled the business value in 6 months.• Acted as product manager - guiding the development of our SAAS health application which has delivered over 150,000 health screens to date.
