As the CRM Interim Manager, I was responsible for the management of all member, donor, and auxiliary data in the museum’s CRM system. With the support of the four-person Community Enterprise Operations team, I ensured the seamless integration of contributed and earned revenue into Tessitura. As the CRM Senior Coordinator, I oversaw and delivered CRM Enterprise services in support of membership, fundraising, and community engagement activities. I was responsible for the accurate and timely handling of philanthropic support from the museum's highest-level donors. I oversaw all aspects of the contribution from gift entry to gift acknowledgment.

As the Gifts Operations Assistant at SFMOMA, I processed membership gifts and contributions, managed records, and database for various donors using the CRM system Tessitura. I was also the liaison between the Corporate, Trustee, and Individual Giving departments, pertaining to gift contributions and in-kind donations for higher-level donors.

As a Special Education Core Substitute Paraprofessional, I worked primarily with students who have severely impairing condition as determined by an individualized education program (IEP). The primary objective of such assistance was to affect learning for mastery by implementing both developmental and remedial methods in basic skill areas and content.
