Robin’s practice focuses on patent litigation and complex commercial litigation. She has represented clients before U.S. District Courts, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and in arbitrations before the AAA and ICDR. In particular, Robin has represented clients in patent litigations relating to diverse technical areas, including optical networking equipment, semiconductor materials, computer systems architecture, wireless communication equipment, user interface design, pharmaceutical, and automotive technology.

Robin Davis's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property. Robin has experience with cases involving patent, trademark, and copyright issues. Robin has experience on cases in the areas of computer hardware and software, wireless communication equipment, cable television, and pharmaceuticals. Her experience also includes patent infringement actions brought under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.Robin holds a bachelor of science degree in materials science and engineering and, prior to law school, conducted research on lithium-ion batteries. While in law school, Robin was an Associate Editor and Note Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.
