Training Officers and Crew in Ship Firefighting Techniques, Evacuation Procedures, Damage Control, Man Overboard, Command and Control and Mass Casualty Incidents on board various Cruise Ships. Refining and revising procedures to suit each vessel, making sure that all procedures and their practical application is achievable by the team.

Representing all members of the FBU in Hampshire in all H&S matters. Writing and reviewing Risk Assessments to ensure the continued safety of all operational personnel.

Leading Teams to respond and resolve operational incidents. Managing welfare, competence, fitness and equipment to enable that response. Dealt with a huge range of incidents, promoted Community Safety and designed and delivered a range of courses for children and young people.

Managing COVID-19 measures and all matters of Health, Safety and Welfare for the TV and Film Industry. Have been on Location in Bulgaria for nearly 5 months and Argentina for 2 weeks in 2021. After I wrapped on Ridley Scott's Napoleon, following 4 months on location in England and Malta in 2022, I took a well earned rest. Now, after 7 months I've finished working on a new Apple project about WW2 and am taking another break. See you on the next one.
